Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Slow Breaths™. Each order is carefully prepared to a high standard, and we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• unused
• in their original condition
• returned following the instructions provided after contacting us at support@slowbreaths.com.au

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and carefully checked.

In some cases, certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.
