Slow Breaths resources are protected by copyright as a whole. While some individual elements, such as AI-generated illustrations, may not be subject to copyright on their own, the selection, arrangement, design and overall presentation of each resource are original works owned by Slow Breaths.

Yes. Artificial intelligence is used as a tool within the creative process.
All illustrations in Slow Breaths resources are generated using AI, but they are often not used as-is. Each image is directed through detailed prompting, followed by careful selection, editing and refinement. In many cases, multiple images are combined and adjusted to create a final illustration that matches the intended concept.
The written content may be supported in early drafting stages, however it is substantially developed, rewritten and finalised by Simonne. She is responsible for the content, structure, tone and accuracy of every resource.
Design and layout vary across products. Simonne completes the design and layout of the card resources. For book resources, the content is reviewed with the support of a professional editor and proofreader, and the final design and layout are completed in collaboration with a graphic designer.
Each product is thoughtfully assembled, with decisions made about what to include, how it is presented and how it supports the child using it.
This process involves significant input, judgment and creative direction. The final resources are original works made up of selected, arranged and refined elements, and are owned by Slow Breaths in line with Australian copyright principles.
Artificial intelligence is used to assist parts of the process, but it does not replace the work involved in creating each resource.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the shipping provider. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you follow it up with the shipping provider where possible.
If your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you are not able to locate the package on your property, we are happy to help! Before reaching out to us though, please review the list below for helpful tips:
- Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby Access Point.
- Confirm that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number that state the item was returned to the sender.
- If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly. Couriers will occasionally leave items in a discreet area to minimize the risk of package theft. It is often also helpful to check with neighbours.
- If you live in a building with a concierge/mail room, confirm with them that they do not have it.
If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to us within 30 days of the item being marked delivered. While we are happy to assist with all loss claims, regardless of when they were filed,we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for claims filed more than 30 days after the package was marked delivered.
